9-1-1 help
For life an death emergencies, you should
call 9-1-1.
2-1-1 United Way help
If you need non life threatening help and
you are not in a life and death situation, you should call
2-1-1 for help by United Way. Leave the 9-1-1 line for
emergencies only. United Way has access to thousands of
resources to help anyone. If they don't provide the help
themselves, the chances are that they know where to get help
and they can give you the information you need of where and how
to get help immediately. Below are some services they give to
help people:
You can spend a lot of time researching
yourself of where to go for help. However, sometimes, calling
United Way may be a much faster solution. Everything is free
and confidential. United Way provides 24-7 support to help
people who need help.
