FAQ for Please Help Me
How do I apply to get help for me and my
family?
To apply for help for yourself, your family
or on behalf of people you know, you must fill out the Please
Help Me form as much as possible. Then a staff member of Please
Help Me will contact you either by email or by phone. If we
determine that we can help, then we will set up an interview
for us to talk to the people in need. After the interview, we
will have an internal meeting among our directors to decide if
we can help you or your family and what routes we are going to
take in helping you and your family.

What are your opening hours?
We are operated by volunteers, therefore we
do not have set opening hours. We respond to requests and
applications as they come as soon as we can. Your first point
of contact with us will be through our contact form of various
types. The hours we operate vary to suit the schedules
of individual people we are helping as well as our staff
volunteers. So, fill out our form as soon as you can to give
our staff more time to respond.
When should I expect to hear back after I
submit the application form?
If it is the first time you have contacted
us, you should allow 24-48 hours for us to respond at the
fastest. We do get showered by applications so if we feel we
can help you rectify your situation fast, we will respond
sooner.
